Saskatoon, SK, March 1, 2023 – IsoEnergy Ltd. (“IsoEnergy”) (TSXV: ISO; OTCQX: ISENF) announces today that in connection with the appointment of Darryl Clark as the Company’s Vice President, Exploration, effective today, Dr. Clark has been granted 300,000 incentive stock options (the “Options”). The Options are exercisable at a price of $3.06, vest in three equal annual instalments commencing on the grant date and have a term of five years. The Options were granted pursuant to the Company’s incentive stock option plan and are subject to regulatory approval.
